ORÉADE-BRÈCHE

ORÉADE-BRÈCHE is a French consulting company specialised in environment and development. Established 24 years ago, ORÉADE-BRÈCHE provides services at national and international levels, its activity being mainly concentrated in Europe, West and North Africa and in the Middle East. The main clients of ORÉADE-BRÈCHE are the European Commission (DG AGRI, DG ENV and EuropeAid), the World Bank, governments (France, Morocco, Tunisia, etc.), development agencies (USAID, OECF, DANIDA, etc.), public bodies and private companies. ORÉADE-BRÈCHE'S services are planning, evaluation, technical assistance, communication and training in rural development, environment, ecosystem preservation, endangered species conservation, sustainable water and forest management.

ORÉADE-BRÈCHE has carried out studies such as:

• The evaluation of the impact of the community measures relating to set-aside in Europe.
• The design, implementation and dissemination of evaluation tools for the European Commission's development aid and co-operation policies relating to developing countries.

ORÉADE-BRÈCHE was also responsible for monitoring LIFE-Environment projects in France between 2001 and 2004, and has extensive knowledge of North African countries developed through numerous missions carried out during 15 years in the region.
