Central Team
The Central Team comprises an overall coordinator, thematic coordinators (one per component: ENV Policy and Governance, ENV Information & Third Countries and Nature & Biodiversity), a Deputy Coordinator for Nature & Biodiversity projects who also deals with our IT management tool and an Administrative Assistant. The Central Team ensures that the consortium experts provide their output in line with deadlines and that they meet high standards of quality. These two elements, timeliness and quality, are the main concern of the Central Team as they are directly linked to good performance and fulfilment of our contractual obligations.
